岗位职责

The Management Trainee will be enrolled in a 12-month structured management development programme, which comprises job rotation across different F&ampB Outlets and support management and help coordinate annual projects and interact with customers. Classroom training will also be provided on management and leadership skills. We aim at developing a pool of future leaders who have key functions to our businesses.
管理层实习生将参加为期12个月的组织管理提升计划，计划包括不同餐厅轮职，协助管理层工作，协助相关年度活动和客户交流。同时，会为他们安排一些管理与领导技巧的课程。我们旨在培养一批能对发展做贡献的未来领导层人员。
